Happy Friday WOHS! Here are today’s announcements:
Congratulations to the new company members of the fall musical, Cinderella! The list is posted on the door to Mr. Higginbotham’s room. If your name is on the list, your first company meeting is on Monday, in the Choir room, beginning at 3:45. And, you will also meet for your first read-through of the script on Tuesday at 3:45, also in the Choir room. Put these days and times on your calendars and DON’T BE LATE. Once again, CONGRATULATIONS!”
Be sure to sign up ASAP to volunteer for the sock drive with Mrs. T. Cook. This will count towards your required service hours for the Fall Project.
Also, bring socks! Make sure you have read your handbook, turned in the required dues and forms, and have signed up for the NHS remind.
Senior picture retakes will be Friday, September 13. These are the cap and gown/formal pictures used for the newspaper and yearbook. There will not be another retake picture date at the school, so please take care of this.
Yearbook senior ad deposits are also due September 13. This is a $25 fee to hold your space. No space will be reserved after this date.
Yearbooks are on sale now for the lowest price of the year. Please go by the journalism room to pick up a form.

UIL Academics participants will travel to TJC tomorrow to attend a UIL Training Conference.
