Announcements 10/14/19

This is the last week of the 1st nine weeks grading period. Students, make sure you have taken care of all make up work and you have your grades where they need to be by this Friday.
Next Monday is a student holiday and a teacher workday. Students, we hope you enjoy your break.
Our volleyball team has a big game against Harmony tomorrow night. They will play in Harmony beginning at 4:30.
Friday night the Roughnecks will travel to Mineola to face the Yellowjackets at 7:30.
Our CX and LD Debaters competed this past Saturday with huge success! Results for CX were: 1st – Sam McGrew and JT McGrew, 3rd – Karson Lott and Caroline Sandlin, 4th – Amr Hussein and Tidus Green. For LD Debate we had 1st – Robert Early, 2nd – Lynzi Smith, 3rd – Graham Young, 4th – Colton Fears, and 5th – Garrett Cook. Great job to Mrs. Lattin and all our debaters.
This Wednesday those who signed up will be taking the PSAT. The test will begin at 8:00. Those who will be taking the test will need to meet with Mrs. Pearce during enrichment in the distance learning lab in the library to fill out the necessary information for testing.
