- Any Senior that would like to take the ACT at WOHS on March 24, needs to sign-up in Mrs. Barrett’s office by Feb 7th. The cost is $50.50.
- Seniors, several local scholarships are now available in the Senior Hall. Stop by today and pick-up an application.
- Sign-up sheets to try out for Cheerleader or Mascot for the 2020-2021 school year are in Mrs. Frazier’s office. You must sign up by this Friday if you plan to try out.
- White Oak will host UIL District CX Debate competition tomorrow. No one will be allowed to go past the gym on Wednesday unless you are involved in the competition. We will do any necessary announcements at the beginning of 1st period, and then bells will be turned off. Good luck to all our students competing tomorrow and to Mrs. Lattin.
- Wednesday is a half day for students with professional development for teachers Wednesday afternoon. We will be on regular schedule and go to periods 1 – 5. School will be dismissed at noon for students and buses will run. Students who need to eat in the cafeteria will go with Mr. Camp at 11:45.
- Thursday, all juniors will attend the Globe Career Expo at Maude Cobb Convention Center. You will report to 1st period and we will announce when it is time to load the buses. Remember to wear a White Oak shirt or Maroon, Gray, or White shirt if you don’t have a White Oak shirt. Wear jeans or other pants and not shorts for this day. You are meeting possible employers and you need to look your best. Juniors will be back in time for 5th period.
